May    12             Flying Flowers opens- Butterfly Release .11:00  Tour the butterfly house, a butterfly program and then receive a live monarch to release into FLYING FLOWERS   registration is required $10.00 per person

May    12             Mothers Day Tea PM 2:00. $20.00 join us as Shellie Watkins returns for a proper Mothers Day High Tea. Particulars will be added shortly. Come with Mom and receive a special Mothers Day gift.

May     19            Incorporating herbs into your landscape class- bring pictures of your garden and see how to incorporate these amaxing plants into your existing plan. $15.00 per person and 25% off all plant purchases

Every Saturday June and July Tea with the Butterflies 2:00 PM             Join us for Tea and treats in Flying Flowers $10.00 per person or discount available for groups of 6 or more, ask for particulars. Each week we will have a different dessert and a sample of hot and iced teas.

June    16             Pruning and Propagating class- Learn techniques to make your own FREE plants. $15.00 and take 5 cuttings in the gardens 

June 18-24         National Pollinator Week  Thursday and Friday come join us for Free tours of the garden with emphasis on the native plants and the pollinators that need them.  Guided tours are at 1:00 each day.

June    23             Lavender Thyme Celebration- Lavender classes all day
Join us for a full day of Lavender. Guided garden tour focusing on the Lavender collection, an optional Lavender Lunch and  Free afternoon demos. Learn how to plant, grow, harvest, propagate the various types of Lavender and even learn how to cook with this fabulous herb.  Registration is required for lunch, $9.00 and vegetarian meals available.

June    30             Making Lotions and Bath Salts Class- $15.00 per person and come prepared to make some custom lotions and salts to take home.
 
July     14             Summer Wildflower Hike and Tree Id. Free program

July     21             Wine Demo- blending fruit and herbs to make wine

Sept.   15             Monarch Tagging and Migration program 11:00 a.m. come learn about the Monarch Migration and then catch and tag the butterflies in the Flying Flowers Butterfly house. $10.00 per person- make sure you bring your camera.

Sept.   22             Herbal  Vinegars and Oils- dipping class

Sept.   29             Wreath class/ natural items from the garden

Oct.        6            Garlic Thyme- classes on garlic all day
Join us for a full day of garlic, the Stinking Rose. Garden tour at 11:00 followed by a Harvest meal featuring Garlic with lots of seasonal vegetables. Lunch available for $9.00 with vegetarian options available. Meal particulars available upon request. Free classes all afternoon including how to choose garlic varieties, how to plant, grow, harvest and cooking with garlic. Registrations required for lunch.
